Organize information and put a study schedule in place

Interact with those in other years and ask questions

Practice past questions and pay attention to those done in class

Exercise- it has been proven that 30 mins of exercise a daily will increase you ability to focus

Eat properly lots of fruits and vegetable and avoid all processed and sugary food.

Each day after studying a topic do 5 questions on the topic this will give you an idea of if you are grasping the topic or not.

Study groups- talking about the material helps it to stick and ensures that you correctly understand the material.

Study each day’s lecture that afternoon and the following weekend go over the material of the week again.

Go to class! 70% of material is learnt when heard in class!

Draw flow diagrams and charts and make tables to help process the material.

Try to study a little bit every day, it helps to retain information
